We provide advisory services to constitute companies in Brazil, as well as its dissolution, liquidation, and termination, which assisted many foreign and national investors in these terms, taking care of all legal aspects and, in particular, the corporate issues.<\/p>

We also provide services in corporate reorganization operations involving consolidations, mergers, merger of shares, spin-off, increases, and decreases of capital, admission and dismissal of partners, acquisition and disposal of equity interest and control of companies, preparing all necessary legal instruments.<\/p>
